I'm Ayush Shrestha, a VFX Artist born in Nepal, the country of the Himalayas, and currently based in Los Angeles. As a child, while watching Hollywood movies, I always felt that VFX was like magic, and I started dreaming of becoming a magician who could create it. With over 11 years of experience, I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including animated TV series, movies, commercials, and episodic TV series.

While I'm familiar with various aspects of CG, my expertise primarily lies in creating effects such as fire, smoke, explosions, dust, debris, liquids, particle effects, and more. I use software such as Houdini, Maya, RealFlow, and Nuke, and I'm also familiar with other tools like FumeFX, 3Ds Max, Cinema4D, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.

My bachelor's degree in Computer Science helps me tackle most of the technical issues that arise while creating creative art, and it also gives me a clear understanding of physics and dynamics. Additionally, my master's degree in Visual Effects helps me create and achieve my FX goals.

Beside VFX, I love Photography and Cinematography. On my free time, I love traveling and capture the moments.
